Dr. Vilchez takes plenty of time to listen to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. He explains everything clearly and has such a calm demeanor, which I really appreciate. He knows how to address concerns without unnecessarily alarming you. I finally found a compassionate, intelligent and thorough primary after a 2 years search!

Finding a primary care doctor who truly listens is rare, but Dr. Vilchez is exceptional. Dr Vilchez took his time during the entire appointment, listened carefully to my concerns, and he explained everything clearly. I felt completely comfortable and involved in my own healthcare decisions. The entire office was also welcoming and efficient.
