Dr. Vilchez is an absolute treasure to have in today's medical world. He is very patient, and a traditional Doctor in every sense. He listens, a very good diagnotician, explains processes and procedures, and his mannerism is very calming, and you can have as much time as you need, he does not rush. His wife, who works there, and Michelle are absolutely wonderful—always kind, welcoming, and willing to help in any way they can.
