The ease of speaking to doctor via virtual, cannot be overstated. Son heard me cough uncontrollably and helped me by referring me. Thank you for all your help - fantastic virtual program (easier than my PC doctor program) that you have and time saving. No synching time with doctor office. Waller Tx
