Dr. Martins was wonderful! She took the time to patiently listen to my concerns about my bunion and thoroughly explained all the alternative treatments since I’m not ready for surgery yet. She also helped me understand what caused the issue and how I can improve it. The office was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I arrived 15 minutes early and was called in after only about 5 minutes. They already had my insurance and paperwork from Zocdoc, so I didn’t have to fill out anything. I wish there were more stars! Yesterday, I had a painful callous on the ball of my foot. Dr. Randall removed it without deadening and I literally felt nothing! She is a miracle worker. I am walking without foot pain for the first time in months. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful, the same for the receptionist on the phone when making appointments.
