I was running late because of a train, but the receptionist said that happens often. I filled out the forms and only waited a few minutes to go to an exam room. The nurse was very friendly. When Dr. Morreale came in he calmly explained about my ingrown toenail and described what he would do today to relieve my pain and the next step he would take to be certain I would not suffer from this again. He gently removed the toenail section that was in my toe, added ointment and wrapped it. He gave clear instructions on care of my toe until my in-office surgery in a few days. I left happy with my treatment. I feel the surgery will take care of my problem and that he and his staff will do a great job. Read less
