Whenever I’m scheduled to see Dr Quadri, he is always so kind and always takes time to catch up with my health issues since I’ve last seen him. As for the phone system, the office staff has been handling the use of the answering machines to the disadvantage of the patients. When cancelling an appointment, it has to be 24 hours in advance, but the office staff turns off the phones and answering system so that patients are not able to cancel or contact the office in a timely manner.
