About The Women's Center, PC

The Women’s Center, PC, in Stockbridge and Conyers, Georgia, is a full-service gynecology and urogynecology practice. The experienced team of women’s health care professionals provides a complete range of services uniquely tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Please note that we are not an obstetrics (OB) practice and do not provide prenatal care, labor and delivery services, or obstetric appointments.

Created by Stephanie Gordon, MD, in 2003, The Women's Center aims to provide a better health care experience for women. The team takes the time to get to know each patient personally and actively listens to her concerns about her health. They treat patients as individuals, providing personalized care focused on overall well-being. 

The team also keeps patients well-informed about their diagnoses and treatment options, so they can take active roles in decision-making processes and managing their own health. 

In addition to well-woman care and menopause management, The Women's Center specializes in the care of common gynecological issues. Their areas of expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, infertility, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), pelvic prolapse, and fecal and urinary incontinence. They also help patients get relief from menstrual issues like painful periods, irregular bleeding, and heavy menstrual bleeding. 

The gynecology and surgical care practice also offers robotic surgery using the innovative da Vinci® surgical system. 

Dedicated to patient care, the practice has appointments readily available to fit any busy schedule. Patients can expect short wait times and feel comfortable and welcome in the beautiful and professional office setting. Patients never have to wait long due to the “no double booking” policy.

Because the practice provides only gynecology and surgical care, patients never have long waits or frequent rescheduling of appointments due to physicians providing obstetrical care.

The Women's Center schedules ample time for each appointment so patients can share their health concerns without feeling rushed, and they provide comfortable cotton robes for patients to wear during their exams.
