I found Rebecca online and she’s been a lifesaver. She listens and really helps you discover ways to help yourself as well as why you’re feeling certain types of ways. She’s given me so many coping skills that ACTUALLY WORK! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I always appreciate how he always has something actionable at the end of each session for me to do. It really helps to feel like we’re progressing towards something rather than just talking.
