Tiffany impresses me with the TIME she spends asking questions, the authenticity with which she wants to solve the problem just as much as we do, and the variety of options/knowledge-base of things to try. I respect that she doesn't push me toward anything--she's a kind and expert advisor and navigator next to me, while respecting that I'm in the driver's seat as Mom.
