Never any judgement with Michelle!! I recently had been traveling and stress in my job. I ate horribly and felt horrible. I knew I had an appointment with Michelle coming up soon and was feeling like I not only let myself down but her too. She did not make me feel bad at all. Just reminded me to have grace with myself and to make a plan for better food choices and to move more. She shares resources and options.
