Ultimate Psychiatry is a premier mental health practice led by board-certified psychiatrist Shakil Tukdi, MD, and his exceptional mental health team, with offices in Plano, Frisco, Pearland and Prosper, Texas. The Ultimate Psychiatry team takes a conservative, holistic, integrative approach to mental health care. They proudly treat all types of mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as sleep disorders, substance abuse, anger management issues, and more. 


Ultimate Psychiatry offers virtual visits via telepsychiatry and accepts most major insurances. He is conservative when writing medication prescriptions, as he emphasizes holistic treatments first and foremost.
