Ultimate Psychiatry is a premier mental health practice led by board-certified psychiatrist Shakil Tukdi, MD, and his exceptional mental health team, with offices in Plano, Frisco, and Prosper, Texas. It’s a patient-centric, psychiatric practice that’s grown into one of the top clinics in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, with hundreds of satisfied patients living happier, healthier lives.


The Ultimate Psychiatry team takes a conservative, holistic, integrative approach to mental health care. They proudly treat all types of mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as sleep disorders, substance abuse, anger management issues, and more. 


Ultimate Psychiatry offers virtual visits via telepsychiatry and accepts most major insurances. The practice provides financial assistance to families in difficult situations, operating within a network of premier health professionals to ensure clients get the personalized attention and treatment they deserve.


The Ultimate Psychiatry team stays current with the latest advances in psychiatry. Dr. Tukdi is triple-board-certified in general psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and psychosomatic medicine. He and his staff work with patients to create safe, non-invasive treatment plans that include lifestyle changes, therapy, and other types of self-care. He is conservative when writing medication prescriptions, as he emphasizes holistic treatments first and foremost.
