Lindsey is a gem!! I have been in her care for a little over a year. I felt shattered at first, ‘less than’ and ‘weak’ when my PCP said I needed to meet with a Psychiatrist. Soon as my first meeting with Lindsey, I felt her warmth and caring disposition. Beyond feeling safe with her, she educated me and helped me to understand what I was experiencing—and even challenged me in the best ways with sincere questions and insights—that has set me up for success to THRIVE and HEAL and BE ME AGAIN:))
