Check-in is digital, but if you push the wrong button, it was difficult to get back on track. The receptionist was kind and did not frown at my failure to complete the check in procedure. I went through usual pre-appointment stuff and saw the provider within a reasonable time. I think I walked out of the provider's office at about 12:45. Importantly, they solved my problem and I was feeling much better within a few days.

I did not have a long wait time at all where the nurse Deb was very warm and kind and so sweet to my little girl. She was very knowledgeable and had a great mannerism about her. The provider absolutely amazing and really listen to me. I will definitely be back for the IV therapy!
