I came for my weekly injection this morning and the medication was out which is not like the office. I drive pretty far so it was a huge inconvenience. However, I really appreciate how Lynn apologized even though it wasn't her fault. It really put me at ease. Also, the NP didn’t bother to come in to speak to me which would’ve been nice since I had questions about symptoms. Lynn was very professional and answered the questions under her direction.
