You don't tell a patient that they owe the doctor money, but you can't give them an invoice. If you're going to charge me for something I wanna know what it's for and I want it written down and documented. The billing department for Dr. Sciortino need some serious training. The young girl who's in charge at the front desk is very rude and nasty.

She is very happy with the care he has provided over the years. It is true that we must accept responsibility for our own good health however, anytime something occurs that she cannot fix. He has been there to help her tremendously. That is why today was my first appointment with him, and I look forward to working with him and his staff. thank you.
