About Our Practice

Washington Internal Medicine is a premier primary care practice serving patients in the Chantilly, Virginia, area. Experienced internal medicine physician Sohan R. Varma, MD, and the team offer highly personalized primary care for adults in all stages of life, including chronic disease management, acute illness care, pre-op clearance, urgent care, and hospital follow-ups.

 

Dr. Varma is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon, one of a select group of physicians who can perform immigration physicals. The practice also offers limited vaccinations, weight management, B12 injections, and virtually everything adults need to maximize their health.

 

Washington Internal Medicine emphasizes preventive care, focused on finding the underlying causes of illness and avoiding serious illness. Just a few of the extensive range of testing services they offer include on-site ultrasound, food sensitivity testing, comprehensive nutritional analysis, genetic age/genomic testing, and STD testing.
