She was very professional and truly took the time to listen to everything I had to say. I appreciated how much she valued my thoughts and expectations for my son. She asked insightful questions that I hadn’t even considered, which really helped guide the conversation. She also made sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered, leaving me feeling confident in the next steps.
