Welcome to Wellness Care Clinic, LLC, a primary care practice serving individuals and families in Cahokia, Illinois, and the greater metro region. We’re owned and operated by experienced nurse practitioner, Ginger Darty, NP.

Wellness Care Clinic, LLC, is a full-service primary care clinic. We provide an array of services, including physical exams, urgent care, birth control, STD testing, and telehealth. We also diagnose and treat chronic conditions, including high blood pressure and diabetes.

Our office is conveniently located in the heart of the St. Louis metro area. The facilities are warm and welcoming, and we provide most services onsite. Patients can request prescription medication, medication refills, and lab testing without having to visit other locations.

In addition to traditional primary care services, we provide medically supervised weight loss and Suboxone treatment for those in drug and alcohol rehab. Our owner has extensive training in weight management and prescribes drugs like Wegovy® and Ozempic​​®.
