I had a great experience. Jean Turney-Shaw was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything clearly. She walked me through how the insurance process works and even gave me options for affordable monthly payments using a "compound" if insurance doesn't cover it. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable.
