She takes the time to actually listen to me, never makes me feel rushed, and genuinely makes me feel heard and seen. I’ve never felt like just another patient with her. She takes my concerns seriously, listens without judgment, and makes me feel comfortable being open and honest. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a provider quite like her, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who makes me feel this understood and supported.

It was especially good for me because of my hearing that I could hear her very well by adjusting the volume. I was able to take notes more conveniently while enjoying a cup of coffee. As usual FNP-C Planes did an excellent job in explaining and evaluating my blood test results and recommending some adjustments in my prescription and various other items. Overall a great session.
