Dr Bradley, Penny and the office staff have the most welcoming and efficient patient service. Dr Bradley has great chair side manner. He actually cares, takes his time to listen, treat and address to your concerns. Ive never feltShow more confused or unsure leaving my appointments. Also, you can reach his staff by phone directly, which is almost unheard of anymore. He and his staff are a rare and welcome find in the healthcare industry. Dr. Bradley was very compassionate and was very thorough with the examination of my feet. He asked me a lot of questions so that he could come up with a treatment plan. He explained in detail the issue with my feet so that I could easily understand. If you are looking for a podiatrist , I would highly recommend Dr. Bradley!
After appointments with 3 other local podiatrists, Dr. Bradley and his staff was like a breath of fresh professional air. His suggestions worked WITH me, not against me.
Dr. Bradley and his staff were very kind and helpful. He especially was very thorough in explaining to me what he thought might be the problem with my cold toes and the testing that he proposed to confirm it. I prefer this approach over just jumping into remedies without really understanding what the problem is. Highly recommend.

While I liked Dr. Bradley, I was stunned to find out he wasn't coming back to the room where he examined me and worked on my right foot to take off a large growth under my big toe. He left me high up on the chair I was sitting in and I had trouble getting off the chair. The chair was elevated and was not lowered after he left room. I had to call receptionist to find out if I could leave room to which she said yes. Apparently there was some confusion as to when I was to leave room.
Dr. Bradley listened, came up with a clear plan for me and was good at communicating it so I understood what was happening, why, and what my course of action would be.

My first visit was great! All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Dr Bradly took time to explain everything, showed me and explained my x-rays, answered my questions, provided a solid first step and how it should help me. I highly recommend this practice!
