The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I was taken to an exam room within 10 min after my appointment time. While I waited for dr, there was an electronic interactive screen to get more information about gastro issues. AftShow moreer about 10 min, the dr came in to discuss any medical history - particularly gastro issues and past colonoscopies. He checked my gut for any pain. It was about 10 min long and then I went to the desk to schedule the colonoscopy. My only negative is that I had to pay $100 (my co-pay) just to meet the Dr and schedule my appt.

Dr. Raj's journey began at prestigious Bangalore Medical College in India, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) before earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) postgraduate residency degree at prestigious King George's Medical College in Lucknow, India. He then moved to the United States to complete another residency in internal medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as acting chief resident. Dr. Raj went on to complete a year of hepatology fellowship followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology at Loyola University in Chicago, where he also served as a chief fellow.
Dr. Raj has published over 40 gastroenterology and hepatology publications in major medical journals and textbooks and has received a number of awards. He has experience in hospital leadership committees to improve patient care quality and outcomes.

Excellent doctor. Office staff efficient and patient. Crystal, nurse, goes above and beyond. Office and patient rooms were clean. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because I Still waited over an hour past my appointment time, but Dr. Raj does take care/is thorough with you. Just be ready to wait. My family will continue to use his services.
Good care once I see the doctor, but environment is a bit sterile and the wait times after scheduled appointment time are excessively long
Didn't show empathy. Didn't explore all the areas of my pain. Just ordered scopes. Scope scheduling a month out. I will be in pain until them. Not acceptable for a doctor.
