My approach to psychiatry is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and truly understanding the individual beyond a diagnosis. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences including Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am particularly passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through periods of transition, emotional overwhelm, and identity development. I believe mental healthcare should feel personalized, approachable, and validating. My goal is to create an environment where patients and families feel comfortable, heard, and actively involved in treatment decisions. I utilize a combination of evidence-based psychiatry, psychotherapy-informed interventions, behavioral strategies, and holistic wellness considerations to help patients improve emotional regulation, confidence, functioning, and overall quality of life.
