I had slacked off on yearly eye exams. Lately, I experienced a wrinkle on white part of eye. So instead of going to a regular Optometrist...I decided go with Dr. Adam Hart, M.D. who is a Board-certified ophthalmologist in PflugShow moreerville. It was a wise choice indeed.He provided me with valuable information and expert advice on how to take care of my eyes before they get worse from working outside in strong UV light conditions. That....and keep up with yearly exams is a plus for everybody. Therefore, I highly recommend....5 stars. Already booked appointment for next year...lol Thanx Dr. Hart and staff !! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my eyes. Dr. Hart takes time with me to explain what he is going to do. Dr. Hart relocated to Texas from Chicago in 2017 with his sights set on opening his own practice. While in Chicago, he fine-tuned his skills in state-of-the-art laser technologies, including LASIK and PRK. He opened Longhorn Eye Care in February of 2018.
A Ford Dean’s scholar at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, Dr. Hart studied biomedical engineering and later spent a year of research in proteomics, the study of proteins in organisms, at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He went on to earn his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago and discovered his passion for optics during his ophthalmology residency at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York.
When not tending to his patients, Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with his wife, Donna, his two boys Colton and Everett, and his dog, Jax. In his free time, he hikes, travels, and loves to read. Dr. Hart also volunteers with Eye Care America, helping people in need.

Dr. Hart is great. He explains exactly what he sees and does a good job of explaining the treatment plan he recommends.

Inicialmente busqué esta clínica porque dicen que hablan español también. Las muchachas de la recepción muy atentas y la asistente también muy buen servicio. El médico un poco incómodo se notaba porque mi madre como paciente ni yo hablamos el ingles, por el traductor podíamos hacer las cosas mejor pero parece que a el no le agrada mucho. Nos dijo que en la proxima cita trataramos de llevar a alguien que hablara ingles, no tengo a nadie que me ayude con eso, entonces no habrá próxima cita. Si actitud no fue la mejor

Dr. Hart is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for about 3 years. He did my cataract surgery and was exceptional experience. I would highly recommend him. Also all of his staff are friendly, intelligent and professional.

Pleasant... No long wait in reception Lady who did preliminary measurements as very profecient with equipment. Operated pressure measurement quickly and photographs first time. Easy to understand instructions to me. Overall excellent experience. Dr. Hart effecient and quick with exam. Clear instructions and understandable discussion. Highly recommended.

Well organized and prompt. Signage could be bigger to see from frontage road. The ER sign overpowers you sign.
Don’t put off cataract surgery. Do it and use this practice. You will not regret it. It’s a breeze!! Great location. Excellent office staff. Excellent technicians. Excellent doctor. Procedure took about 2 hours (check-in, prep, procedure and discharge.) The results are the clearest vision I’ve had in years! Left eye scheduled in early December.
