It is always nerve wracking to have to start fresh with a new care provider. I was pleased that Adam began reviewing my reason for the visit. A yearly exam to renew prescriptions I have been using for years. He reviewed some ofShow more my past health concerns and situations and inquired if there were any new concerns. Appropriate labs were ordered and prescriptions renewed. Adam put me at ease and seemed to value my views and thoughts on my health choices.
I highly recommend Prescott Complete Care. I'm really impressed with their timeliness, bedside manner, great communication, and very good follow up regarding scripts/referrals/lab results. I am a medical provider and owner of Show morea clinic and not all providers in Prescott are good about faxing paperwork for coordination of care. So that is definitely something I appreciate about Prescott Complete Care. We have gone here for several of our family members now and great care.

Always helpful, always personable.
It was easy to schedule an appt and the office staff is very professional. Muriel was very efficient. It is always to meet with Adam. He is so personable and easy to talk to. I am so glad i have switched to his practice.
As always Adam Roberts and his team were extremely helpful in helping me with my telemedicine appointment while I’m 2000 Miles Away in South Carolina. They do there absolute best to make sure and answer all of my questions and concerns for my medical needs.

Adam took the time needed to handle my medical requests needed prior to an upcoming surgery. These are time sensitive issues that must be addressed prior to a big surgery. So far, so good. All has been handled as quickly as possible.
