I really appreciate Dr. Wood and the way he can talk to me and help me relax as the procedure is done. He is very good at taking my mind off of the procedure and trying to relate to my interests and have a pleasant conversation. Adam Wood, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Rogers Foot & Ankle Institute in American Fork and Saratoga Springs, Utah. He takes an evidence-based approach to care and prides himself on offering compassionate treatment for his patients.
Dr. Wood completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Midwestern University Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and completed his surgical training at West Houston Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Wood joined Rogers Foot & Ankle Institute in 2018. Today, he works with children, teens, and adults to diagnose, treat, and manage foot and ankle conditions. He provides comprehensive care, from gait analysis and sports medicine to diabetic foot and wound care.
Along with his clinical work, Dr. Wood is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Utah Podiatric Medical Association. On his days off, Dr. Wood loves skiing and playing racquetball.

Very nice foot doc I had to get toe nail removed little painful at first But he did great job with removing it . And it healed great and no pain
Met with Dr Wood in a timely manner. Been going to him for years.
My primary care physician identified a small hard growth on the ball of my foot as most likely a plantars wart that could be removed by scraping or cutting resulting in a few weeks of recovery time. I decided to see a specialist and delayed treatment until January when lack of mobility would not be so interfering. Dr. Adam Wood painlessly removed what was actually a seed callous without local anesthesia. The next day I was able to walk four miles on a track by slowing my normal pace and being careful how I put pressure on my foot.

Dr. Wood is always so pleasant to be around. He is interested in my husband & I as individuals and genuinely cares about us. He has a great sense of humor and will take the time to carry on an interesting & unrushed conversation with a couple of “old geezers” like us!
