Had a good experience with the staff. Shahram was really good, professional and personal. Sepideh was also good and friendly and professional. I was just was quite disappointed with Dr. Emrani's first interaction. Being a dentist Show moremyself, as a health care professional, I very well understand the importance of first interaction with the patients and collecting information and taking a good through history. Getting to know your patients is very important. I am sure he is a great physician and that is why I was referred to him but he failed miserably in connecting with me. He was in the room for only less than 2 minutes. The patient is more than few pages that he/she fills out. He quickly mentioned that my bone scan and sonogram was good and we wait until the other results come in. he was so rushed to get out of the room. No questions, no family history, no dialogue, nothing! I think he really should be more personal with his patients. At least for the first appointment. A new patient may be continuing for a long time with the office. The doctor should get to know them and ask about concerns if any, and be more thorough. He practically did not do any examination of his own. Nothing. I have been to other offices/ physicians in the past. I must say that Dr. Emrani fell short by a long shot of his first examination compared to previous ones. I wait to see how the next visit goes. But honestly, I am not optimistic. If he didn't care the first time he met a new patient, is he going to care in the future?

From the minute you walk in you are greeted with friendly faceShow mores and I have never ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get called back. At a certain age, Dr. Emrani believes in seeing you every three months/ He has found that by staying ahead of problems it drastically reduces hospital stays and I think he is right on. He is thorough with his testing to make sure there is nothing going on and if there is, he can catch it early. He is nice, caring and really seems to care about his patients. Both my husband and I feel well taken care of by him and his office.

My longtime doctor had passed away, and I tried a few new doctors. One doctor has never even returned my call after I had a reaction to a drug one evening. When I called his office the next day, I was told that he was two to three days behind in his telephone calls! This is NOT the case with Dr Emrani! Dr. Emrani's entire staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding. I was completely at ease in his office. Dr. Emrani is a very kind, caring and thorough doctor. He kept my previous medical problems in mind and put me at ease. I know that I am in good hands with him. I am VERY satisfied with he and his office. I am so happy that my friend recommended him. The staff are personable, and treat one like a friend. Sometime they have to battle with insurance companies to obtain permissions on treatments and they do so dilligentlt.

Dr Emrani was our third 2nd opinion for my husband. He was able to offer a diagnosis in our first visit that his prior cardiologist was not able to do. That was a couple of years ago. We’re now both satisfied patients, the best feeling is to know you’re well looked after. Entire staff is A+.
