Dr. Aimee Trujillo, DDS

Aimee Trujillo, DDS, is an experienced dentist at Vartanian Dental Group in Mission Viejo, California. A member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), Dr. Trujillo is a proud contributor to the only non-profit professional association dedicated exclusively to dental sleep medicine. 

Dr. Trujillo graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, in affiliation with the University of Southern California. She then completed a two-year intensive General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Veterans Affairs Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center in North Hills, California, treating United States heroes. 

The VA is where she first found a passion for dental sleep medicine. She started creating custom oral appliances for patients who suffered from obstructive sleep apnea and was amazed when they would come back for follow-up with exceptional results and improved sleep. Since then, Dr. Trujillo has continued her education in Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Oral Appliances with hands-on courses, lectures, and webinars.

Dr. Trujillo helps treat sleep disorders with oral appliance therapy, an effective treatment covered by most insurance plans. AADSM membership also provides Dr. Trujillo with the latest in dental sleep medicine developments, allowing to treat her patients with the most promising techniques.
