This is our first visit to Dr Shakhashiro. Checking in was extremely smooth and the wait time was reasonable. All the staff, including the front desk and the nurse in the back, were friendly and helpful. Dr Shakhashiro was veryShow more thorough in learning of the patient's specific background and circumstances. He explained the treatment/testing plan and options very clearly. He was patient in answering our additional questions, and surprisingly providing a solution. We left feeling very helpful.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Shakhashiro and his team. Dr. Shak is always very courteous and professional, willing to listen to any concerns I may have.

Efficient and professional at all times
I highly recommend Dr. Shakhashiro he is very compassionate and understands your concerns about your health. This is the only doctor's office that I know of where the staff always answers the phone immediately and they are friendly and professional.

Dr. Shakhashiro is very nice great bed side manners. You can tell he cares. He never rushes you. Also, he is very knowable. Staff is helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Shakhashiro spent good time listening to me explaining my health issues and asked direct and clear questions to understand them then he explained to me what I may have, he requested some lab-test to confirm... Also the staff were very nice and friendly checking me in and out....
If my appointment is going to be as simple & uncomplicated as it was today & we did have a phone consultation, I would prefer to do my next visit the same way. It was excellent!
