Easy to work with schedule
I like the service that Dr. Patel has provided to me, she's very knowledgeable, friendly, and very understanding. My appointments are over the phone, which is convenient for me.

Ms. Akta Patel is easy to talk to every session. I still enjoy my time talking and how she shows concern for her clients.
I am so thankful for this practice helping me get established with Dr. Patel. I was almost out of my medication and I had called my primary doctor who said she would give me 3 months of refills until I could find a permanent Psychiatrist, but when I called her office they were giving me a hard time about refilling them. I was given the runaround and I never received a call back to let me know a completely different doctor finally called my pharmacy and filled one of the prescription. Thank you
Akta Patel is always calming to speak with:) Always helpful and although we do have the option of meeting ‘ telemedia’ I prefer driving 40 minutes to the Redlands office. Accepts our: Medi-Cal referral, and Medi-cal. Akta Patel does in person as well as ‘ Telemed’ We have been using this professional and her services, for 14 months now.
