If you have planta pain in your feet go to dr.berman ,simple exercise 3min.a day will relieve the pain i had my doubts but stuck with it by the 3rd week I was pain free ,also proper footwear, please go see him you won't regret it

Alan Berman, DPM, FACFAS, is a podiatrist at Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group. He provides comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients at the practice’s locations in Mount Kisco, Fishkill, Newburgh, and Carmel, New York, and Danbury, Connecticut.
Dr. Berman earned his medical degree in 1984 from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and has served Putnam County residents in his private podiatry practice for over 25 years.
He is a member in good standing of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Berman is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. This dual board certification allows Dr. Berman's patients to comfortably choose either surgical care or state-of-the-art non-surgical care. Dr. Berman is the author of numerous articles for local newspapers and magazines on foot-related health issues. He was the founding director of Podiatry at Monsey Family Medical Center from 1992-1994.
Dr. Berman has an advanced specialty in bunion treatment and achieved A Center of Excellence for the Lapiplasty 3D Bunion correction, and he offers comprehensive foot and wound care for diabetic patients.

First, on time for exam time. Dr. Berman diagnosed my problem with a clear understandable explanation. Treated it and no more pain. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Dr Carlesi has been my doctor for over a decade. I had been searching for several years to find the right doctor for me. Even though I am an RN and in the medical field for over 30 years, it was not that simple for me. After an injury causing herniated discs, etc.,… which caused unbearable pain almost constantly which in the beginning It felt like it started from the top of my head to my toes. I had previously seen,orthopedic specialists/pain management, neurologist, who were telling me there was nothing they could do for me. For some reason, their first thought was invasive surgery and two of the doctors said that I would not even survive surgery so there was nothing they could do for me I was overwhelmed physically and mentally. How would I be able to live the rest of my life feeling the way I did at that time. Then I was referred to Dr. CARLESI !! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, Think out of the box but he is one of the most compassionate people and Drs I have met. There ARE alternatives other than major surgery that can at least lessen the pain !!! I searched for a couple years to find the right Dr until I got it right. I absolutely recommend Dr Carlesi to anyone who is looking for relief from the constant overwhelming suffering, that people like me with chronic and acute pain deal with.
