Alejandra (she/her) holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UMBC. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and inclusive practices. She prioritizes creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients can explore their reasons for seeking therapy and values building strong, meaningful connections to understand each client’s unique background.
