My procedure yesterday went very well. Dr Alex and the doctors and employees at the Methodist Ambulitory Center on Stone Oak all worked together like a well pulled machine. Everything was explained to me with great detail. So I went under knowing I was in the best hands.
he treated me in office as ENT and done two surgical procedures as outpatient best bedside manners very concerned about his patients. speaks where you understand and answers all questions wouldn't change from him for anything
Was in kind've a hurry to get my deviated septum fixed. Dr. McKinlay knew I got a consultation before seeing him, he still urged me to continue with my first one, but he could get me in faster. Their front office staff/scheduler is tremendous to work with and Dr. McKinlay himself seems great. I'm 1 day post surgery and the difference already is surreal. Should've done this 15 years ago.
His manor is very personal and professional. He explained the procedure and walked me through the video. Since he can’t help with my hoarseness, he gave me a referral. It was such a pleasant office visit, I’m sorry it was only the one visit. His nurse was extremely helpful.
