Dr. McKinlay treated me well, listened to and addressed any concerns I had about being a candidate for a sleep test to determine if I have sleep apnea. I have been on a deep-diving journey to pinpoint why certain things have occuShow morered to me health-wise since I was young and getting tested for sleep apnea was suggested by my PCP as a last resort before I attempt the therapy route. The only thing I wish they would do is not take your blood pressure as soon as you're seated in the office prior to seeing Dr. McKinlay as the readings (for me) are always going to be inaccurate. I've learned to not mind the numbers when any doctor's office does that or most times I will ask to have them darken the room, leave me for 5 minutes, then retake my blood pressure with the manual cuff - not the automatic one that almost all NP's seem to use nowadays. Otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful.

The entire staff is magnificent! Everyone really cares, listens, provides such positive feedback and encouragement to their patients. You can’t get customer care or service like this anywhere anymore and I wish Dr McKinlay would go into family practice so we could see him for everything!
