I came to Dr. McKinlay with a problem with my Inspire implant. He was not the initial surgeon but took my case and was willing to help me out. I immediately felt so comfortable with him, just a sense that he actually cares about hShow moreis patients. I underwent surgery just a few days ago to correct a, floating in my chest, implant and a big divot in my chest. It is day five and my chest looks awesome, divot gone, and implant is where it should be. I couldn’t be more happy with the surgery!
Dr. Alex McKinley was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process! He showed great patience with me answering all my questions and concerns; which,now that the procedure is over, don’t know why I had so many conceShow morerns! I think one question I had was if I was in a fight (sport or otherwise) would it damage the device? I DONT EVEN FIGHT FOR SPORTS ANYWAYS!😂😂. I just want to say I would recommend Dr. Alex McKinsley bed side manner and professionalism to anyone.

Dr. Mckinlay and his office staff are exceptional. Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable, explains things extremely well, amazing front office staff, nurses/PA very friendly and professional. It's hard enough to find an ENT but to find an incredible one with excellent staff is a blessing!

I’ve reviewed Dr. McKinlay before but he’s worth reviewing again! Our initial contact was for CPAP/sleep study but he performed surgery on my husband today & you will never find a doc with a better bedside manner, empathy, & professionalism. He even provided his personal cell number in case we have questions following his surgery. He was the only doc at the surgical center that came out to the waiting room & took the time to fill me in after surgery. You would be blessed to have him as your doc
My experience over all was a very comfortable welcoming. The doctor and staff where very friendly and thorough on providing information and expectations. Quick follow up calls to check in. Tonsillitis is of course painful but over all I was in good hands and was prescribed with the proper medication for pain and treatment. Thank you Mr Mckinlay YOU ROCK!

This is the first doctor that has shown true care for me, to the point of even giving me his cell number after my surgery. He was meticulous about the explaining the procedure and pros and cons of what could occur. And he did respond to my concerns immediately from my text. The staff at the surgical center were outstanding Lisa, Diane, Katie, Dr. Lopez and Sara. Great Team and I would recommend this surgical center without question.
