Alexandra Prosk, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

As a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Alexandra is licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications and provide supportive psychotherapy. She works with her patients to develop a plan tailored to address their unique mental health concerns and goals. 

Alexandra earned both her Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. She offers her specialized training and many years of experience in the nursing profession to support healing and promote mental health.

Alexandra collaborates closely with therapists and incorporates elements of mindfulness, self-compassion, and the mind-body relationship into her work. Alexandra sees adult patients and treats mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), among others.
