Alexandria (Alex) Adams, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with seven years of nursing experience in both medical and behavioral health care. She earned her MSN from Walden University and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Alex is passionate about providing trauma-informed psychiatric care that honors the whole person. She has worked in private, residential, and community-based settings, often with underserved populations, and meets clients with respect and without judgment. With expertise in psychopharmacology, diagnostic evaluation, and care coordination, Alex integrates medication management with therapeutic support in collaboration with clients, families, and care teams. Guided by empathy and clinical integrity, she is committed to helping others build resilience, reclaim stability, and move toward recovery and hope.
