Alexis Bamberger, LSW

My name is Alexis Bamberger, and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I attended the University of Pittsburgh, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I later received my Master of Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University. I have experience working with adults facing challenges related to mental health and substance use. I have supported individuals with a variety of diagnoses, needs, and personal goals. I value providing a safe, supportive space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I believe each person is the expert in their own life, and that everyone’s path and challenges are unique. I am passionate about helping people grow, build resilience, and succeed in their daily lives. My therapeutic approaches include Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
