I have come a long way, with therapy. In beginning I didn’t want therapy. I felts as though I could handle everything ,however I began to spiral out of control. I couldn’t remember simple things. Once I knowledge I was no longer capable, I accepted the help thru Kasier. I actually begin taking my medication for my depression . I m almost at 90%
