I had been to two other doctors to solve the pain in my back. Then I found Dr. Tracy and she did tests to determine the cause of my pain. She looked at the actual x-ray pictures not just the report that the radiologist had misreadShow more. Once the problem was identified, she tried several procedures and when they did not solve the problem, she continued to research more options until we found a surgery that worked She listens, is well informed and is also a good surgeon. Highly recommend her.
I came for the procedure confident in my ignorance re my understanding of anatomy and what actually happened during the diagnostic blocks. Lex took the time to explain it to this confused, sleep deprived, sedated and anxious patieShow morent. She also had to explain ambulatory surgery laws re POLST. She was kind and patient as l put her behind schedule. The neurotomywas not nearly as painful as l had expected. I love Somerset Spine and Nerve and everyone l had contact with throughout my experience. Gem💎

This is not my first time with Somerset Spine and Nerve. I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re very professional, Dr Tracy tells you every step of the way what she is doing. She has great respect for any patient. The staff is always nice, polite, and funny. You can tell they like their job and the environment in which they work. I highly recommend them.

All the staff were very nice and efficient. Dr. Alexis Tracy was very knowledgeable, descriptive of each step of the procedure, very personable and made me feel comfortable. After the medial branch block, the lower back pain dissipated. I highly recommend her.

An exceptional team of professional ladies, one given to patient comfort, reassurance, and remediation of pain. Light-hearted, upbeat, good humored in every regard. Procedure virtually painless. Put st ease so much by the Doctor and staff, I really see no need for a pre-procedure anxiety medication. However, inasmuch as professionalism is partnered by beauty throughout the office, sedation may indeed be helpful to assure a man's dignity. A delightful experience. An asset to the medical industry.

I was extremely nervous getting an epidural however, the staff the doctors and everyone on site was absolutely amazing. It’s been less than 24 hours and I have been out of pain for the first time in three years so very grateful for this team and the care that they provided me was most excellent.
My experience with Alexis Tracy have been positive and caring. She wants you to get the best care possible. She listens as well as informs you about the procedure and encoursges you to voice any concerns that you might you have. If that isn't enough, her whole staff is great as well. I recommend her to any one who has spine problems.

Excellent Medical office very thorough,professional, and accommodating. Everything from front desk to medical staff and Doctors were very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable moving forward. Jake the rep from Nalu was very helpful with follow up after the trial and was able to answer all my questions and was very informative.
