Like every time I leave her office. From the front desk staff to the nurse and of course the doctor. I leave the office feeling like everyone there gave me 100% of their time to help answer and do everything for me. Omg how can I say Your whole team is the best! From the second so walked in the the sevonf I walked out. Your staff made me feel special and listen and gave me the best experience. I couldn’t say enough grest things about your Show morestaff. You are so lucky to have staff that not only cares and respect their job and gave me 101% of their time, love, and compassion toward their job. I have chronic pain in my lower back for years and had 2 back operations, last one lasted 2 weeks. Saw Dr Tracy and she suggested the Stimulator. Iwas not going to even try it, with the operations, shots in my back and the burning of nerves with no help. Last op lasted 2 weeks. Decided nothing to loose but a few dollars to go ahead with the 5 day trial. Have had so much relief that I am having the permanent Stimulator instead. Fantastic and caring Doctor. Would recommend her 100%.

There is a great, professional team at Somerset Spine and Nerve in Talent, Oregon. Jordan does an excellent job of narrowing down the issues for Dr. Tracy. Her diagnostic and listening skills are superb while caring and professional. Her treatment skills are honed and precise. Personally, I’ve been more than satisfied and happy with any and all of my care at this pain management practice. I highly recommend calling to find if they can help alleviate your pain.
I went in for my initial appointment. This was the best experience I’ve had with a physicians office. Jordan, Dr Tracy’s PA, was knowledgeable beyond belief and explained with visual aids so I could also see what is going on with me. Connie, the MA, was amazing and so friendly. I am really impressed with this office and I’m hard to please so giving a rave review is difficult to get from me. They get a tave review.
Time is given to understand my individual issues. There’s also the medical expertise to develop an evolving and effective way forward.

Dr. Tracy prtformed ablation on my lower back. It has hurt me for many years. I no longer have constant pain. I highly recommend Dr. Tracy!
Dr Tracy takes the time to explain your medical “issues”/ plans of action with clarity and compassion. She is genuinely concerned about your medical needs. She has a great deal of experience/knowledge in spine/nerve problems. I would rate her skills and bedside manner as 5 plus. stars.

The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work work . My only disappointment was they were running about 1-1/2hrs behind and I felt that they could have called and let us know as we traveled from Grants pas and and had a 3:30 That ended about 6:00. That’s my only complaint as far as the doctors and the nurses they were the reply, making sure I was comfortable during my long wait and check on me often so I would definitely go back again
