I was having major hip pain and wasn’t able to see my doctor for a few months. I called Dr. Tracy’s office to see if there was anyway she would be willing to see me and help me with my excruciating pain. They adjusted their scheShow moredule & told me to come in. Once I arrived, the caring and professional team prepared me for an injection to relieve the pain. Dr. Tracy was amazing and her wonderful team provided comfort during the procedure. I walked away without any pain! Highly recommend! TY!
I had been to two other doctors to solve the pain in my back. Then I found Dr. Tracy and she did tests to determine the cause of my pain. She looked at the actual x-ray pictures not just the report that the radiologist had misreadShow more. Once the problem was identified, she tried several procedures and when they did not solve the problem, she continued to research more options until we found a surgery that worked She listens, is well informed and is also a good surgeon. Highly recommend her.

I thought the entire experience was very different & in that way, very good
Excellent Medical office very thorough,professional, and accommodating. Everything from front desk to medical staff and Doctors were very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable moving forward. Jake the rep from Nalu was very helpful with follow up after the trial and was able to answer all my questions and was very informative. I had a procedure in April and it was the most positive experience I may have ever had at any medical facility. Beginning with checking in, vitals and the surgery, everyone makes me comfortable. The doctor spent sufficient time answering all my questions and concerns. Once in the operating room all the nurses made sure the procedure was painless and easy. Hats off to this amazing team!
Pushed thru initial consolation so fast wasn’t correctly explained about the TEST PROCEDURE. No one explained the price to do Test Procedure. Ea h time your seen. Which could be numerous times .. especially loud employes during procedure . Was told I had to ASK them to be quite ..(shouldn’t be my responsibility) if you are going to use this place I would definitely ask them to explain in Layman terms as the paper work they give you is very hard to understand .
Dr. Tracy spent over a hour listening and addressing all of my concerns, thoughts and assured me my questions weren't unintelligent, she took the time explaining in detail and showing me with pictures the issues I have with my sacroilliac joint dysfunction. This office of care and pain management gave me the best experience of my on going back concerns. The staff is beyond helpful and so pleasant. The attention received by them and especially Dr Tracy was absolutely exceptional. This was my first visit to the clinic and will not be the last.

I had a wonderful experience today. Dr. Tracy and all her staff made me feel comfortable even though I was anxious and nervous. Everyone involved in my procedure today soothed my feelings and with a successful first vist I look forward to my future visits and feeling so much better in the neer future.

Dr Tracy is skilled, smart, compassionate and kind...everything you'd ever want in a doctor, especially if you are elderly and experiencing intolerable pain. Her staff has been chosen well, as they reflect the strong values and superb skills in patient care that Dr Tracy demonstrates herself, "every day and in every way." Cannot rate this practice highly enough! Kudos!

Worst experience of my life. Am lastingly much worse than before, even tho primary has doubled my pain medication--which will only be allowed for 6 most. Any suggestions?

I showed up for a scheduled procedure and despite there being a scheduling hiccup that made it where I was no longer scheduled, the whole team stayed and did my procedure AND it was a Friday at 330! Everyone was SO nice and professional and I felt very comfortable despite my nervous feelings about the procedure. Dr. Tracy did a phenomenal job and I am super excited about the results!
Everything about this visit was very good the way they explained everything how they treated me was very professional I definitely would suggest this place to anyone. Most importantly, they were all very enjoyable to be around and they work together very well.
