I had a great appointment today and felt like she really cared. She understood my concerns and addressed it with very helpful suggestions. I left there with the feeling that she really understood and wanted truly to help me. ThShow morean you! Bi wasn’t on a time limit. She spent time with me and stayed and addressed all my concerns. Thank you from the staff at the front desk to the last employee that helped me out to the front door. Thank you I left like everyone cared through the whole time.
My appointment was for a steroid spinal injection. The prescription for a 10 mg Xanax was called in three days before I picked it up the pharmacy took it as requested 40 minutes before my appointment got there checked in just likeShow more smooth clockwork and everything was great no pain no side effects. Everybody was just as friendly and welcoming and warm as always. I would recommend Dr. Tracy and her staff to anyone that needs steroid injections. She is just the best and her team is awesome.🙂

I was expecting to see the dr but was seen by a PA. He was thorough but talked too much and too long. I was given too much paperwork with too much personal intimate information required.

Staff were prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant, giving thorough and detailed information about existing imaging and upcoming procedures. It is an unfortunate reality that the procedure schedule doesn't have openings for more than one month.
Dr. Tracy was a very thorough and professional doctor. Although we need to do some additional testing to identify the exact cause of the pain in my elbow, she explained what additional tests should be done and provided me with the names of the doctors to whom she will be referring me. Finally, Dr. Tracy reassured me that after these test are completed we would find the source of the pain and ultimately correct the problem.
All of the staff was amazing! I feel hopeful again after years of living in pain. Dr. Tracy knows her stuff. Jordan does as well. I am tired of pain pills being handed out. This place offered a solution I can live with. Thank You!
I have nothing but good things to say about this medical facility. Everyone is kind, nice, respectful and thoughtful. Their phone etiquette is “top notch” They are extremely knowledgeable and answer any questions that I have and are prompt to return phone calls. I have to say, after 14 months, 6 physicians, multiple Dr visits, this is the first light at the end of the tunnel. I am hoping that the capable help of sunset spine center might actually help me solve my neck issues. The verdict is still out but for the first time I feel hopeful. The staff and Dr Tracy have been great.

I was in the office today for a procedure, part of of possibly getting an ablation. The whole office is great and caring. It went like clockwork. They explained every aspect of the procedure step by step. I was totally pleased!

I had a nerve ablation of my left shoulder today. From start to finish, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Every step was clearly explained to me and my wife. Everyone in Dr Tracy’s office has been very friendly, caring and professional. They have a great way of breaking everything down so you understand what they are talking about and are willing to explain if you don’t. I would recommend them to anyone. As far as I am concerned they get more than 5 stars.

I love the fact that they spend so much time with you. I never feel rushed when I’m in there and they are very concerned if there is anything that is bothering you with the procedures you have done truly I couldn’t ask for a better office doctors or workers.
Chairs could be more comfortable for people suffering lumbar and sciatica pain. Frustration with computer issues delaying care.

This is truly a great place to go to if you have spine problem they are so caring so nice and you don’t feel intimidated by anybody. I loved every bit of my experience.
