My Gen X mentality was doubtful, yet desperate. SheShow more's calm, patient and understanding. She listens with no judgement. Alexis is an outstanding provider; addresses all pertinent issues thoroughly and appropriately and created a treatment plan we are both comfortable with. She's wonderful about following through with rXs getting sent to the correct pharmacy on an almost immediate immediate basis and can easily be reached if there is an issue. Definitely recommend.

Awful service from the health provider because she indicated she would forward the prescription to my pharmacy and after a 3 hour wait I was told there was no refill received. This is extremely upsetting and poor costumer service.

Alexis Ventura is amazing! She is kind, caring and has always treated me with kindness, professionalism and professionalism. The office staff, once again, leaves much to be desired and were hard to work with this month. My request was ignored and was told to just “hold off” until my next visit. After 2 days of trying to get someone who would send a message to Alexis, they didn’t include anything in the message pertaining to my request. They are downright challenging to work with

Internet didn't work that was on my side. We had around a 15 minute appointment about me coming over an hour so I can continue to get clonopin. Id happily switch to something that actually worked but Ive used everything. I forgot I said I just wanted prescription management

This is a great place to go to for your psychiatry needs. Alexis Ventura is always very professional and listens to my concerns and needs while providing needed feedback and knowledge. She was always very prompt as well with paperwork. I have to say the staff is also a very professional and friendly. I have come in a couple times just to drop things off or ask questions and they always give me the answers I need in a very friendly and professional manner.
I like Alexis she listened she did what was best for my son I look forward to my next visit to continue to be here support my son on getting better during this time in his life thank you guys for your care ♥️💯
