My appointment with Alexis Ventura was my first experience with a psychologist, but the appointment went well. We discussed my issues; she prescribed a higher dose of a medication I was already taking. Otherwise, Alexis was friendly and asked good questions. The reception staff were fair.

I’m very thankful to have found Alexis Ventura. She is attentive, thoughtful, and truly listens. My experience has been nothing but positive and I would absolutely recommend her.
Stay away. Find another psychiatrist. She prescribed two medications. When neither worked she gave up and said there is nothing else she could prescribe. Appeared bothered when stated the medication did not work. It is her job to find the medication that works for the client. Not every prescription is going to work for every client. It is her job to find the one that works for every individual. She did a horrible job and gave up after two attempts. Try Harder Alexis and care for your clients.
She is the worst psychiatrist I’ve experienced. Stay away. Have no empathy for clients. Don’t listen to clients struggles.
