She answered all my questions and suggested certain medication adjustments that we will try. She’s accessible by text message which I have never experienced with a medical practitioner before.

Alexis Ventura is amazing kind, attentive, and truly caring. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the front desk experience at the Palm Desert location. I waited 45 minutes to schedule a follow-up appointment while also waiting for drug test results that were supposed to take five minutes. I eventually had to ask another receptionist for help. Alexis provided excellent care, but the front desk staff needs better training and efficiency.
