Went to see Dr Wahid because I have felt horrible for the past two weeks. The way I am feeling right now, the staff's kindness as well as Dr Wahid's was very comforting. When I called my call went straight to “hold mode” bypassing any human interaction. There I waited over 5 minutes not knowing when or if I’d be assisted over the phone. It would greatly benefit and improve the experience of the patient especially when you’re calling with an emergency situation or concern to them.
I really like the staff at Dr Wahid's office. They always greet me by name and are very attentive. Of course, Dr Wahid is great as well. He knows me and is very informed about most anything I ask of him.
