She has experience working in school settings and outpatient mental health settings. She has experience working with children and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, behavioral problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, and other mental health conditions. She utilizes a client-centered approach to provide treatment specifically catered to the client’s needs. She has experience providing individual therapy and group therapy to children and adolescents experiencing mental health struggles. By utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, play therapy techniques, and other evidence-based practices, clients can develop social and emotional skills, healthy relationships, coping skills, stress reduction, and problem-solving skills. She cultivates a warm and genuine therapeutic relationship and works together to help clients operate on a level where they can thrive.
