Dr. Alice Ajim, MD

Dr. Alice Ajim, MD is a Geriatrician, Internist, and Primary Care Specialist, treating and caring for  patients in the Houston. She is fellowship trained in Geriatric Medicine, board in BOTH Geriatric  Medicine and Primary Care Internal Medicine, with the American Board of Internal Medicine,  one of the premier Physician Board Certifying Agencies in the United States. She is affiliated  with hospitals in the Houston area including Methodist Hospital, Memorial Hermann Southwest  Hospital, and St. Joseph Medical Center. She has been a member of many professional  organizations including the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians,  the Texas Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Society. 

Dr. Alice Ajim obtained her MD degree by completing a combined pre-medical and medical  program from the prestigious College of Medicine of the University of Lagos. She continued her  medical education by proceeding to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine affiliated Bronx  Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx New York, where she did her Medical Internship and  Residency in Internal Medicine. She went on to pursue a Geriatric fellowship at the New York  Medical College affiliated Our Lady of Mercy Hospital, in Bronx New York. 

Patients visiting Dr. Alice Ajim can receive a full range of medical services. She provides  specialized consultations for Elderly Care, general consultations, disease screenings,  preventative services, cervical screenings and pap smears, and pulmonary function testing.  Treatment is available for a myriad of medical conditions including High Blood Pressure, Weight loss, Diabetes, Heart Diseases, Cholesterol problems, Urinary problems, migraines, sinus  problems, ear infections, pneumonia and a host of other medical problems.
