Ms. Fazekas was amazing. I was there for a follow-up to my ablation 30 days ago. I was still in pain and the ablations takes several months to experience the results. My son's wedding was in two days. She checked and it has beShow moreen several months since I had an epidural and said they would work me in that morning in a couple hours if I wanted them to give me the epidural to help with pain. She absolutely had my best interest at heart and totally listened to what was happening with my challenges. Thank you Ms. Fazekas, Dr. Opareke and the entire staff at Alliance Spine and Pain Center, Douglasville. I am positive working together we are going to get this back of mine under control!

Alice Fazekas, PA-C, is a compassionate physician assistant at Alliance Spine & Pain in Canton and Woodstock, Georgia. Alice is happy to be a part of the team to help patients find the pain relief they deserve.
Alice completed her undergraduate education in athletic training and sports medicine at Keene State College. Following her studies, she went on to pursue her post-graduate program in sports medicine at the California University of Pennsylvania. She then obtained her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Chatham University.
With over 15 years of experience in the field as a physician assistant, Alice has developed skills in a variety of specialties, including autoimmune and musculoskeletal pain disorders. She also participated in clinical research with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Alice is certified by the American Academy of Physician Associates, and she holds professional membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.

Seemed caring about my other issues besides pain
Ms Fazekas was kind and courteous. She listened to my concerns and offer solutions.I felt very comfortable asking her questions about my many conditions and was very pleased with how helpful she was.I recommend this practice to all seeking help with their pain. Everyone from the front office to the doctors and Nurse Practitioners to the PA's were all very kind.
She is very nice listens to your problems and what’s going on with you and I enjoy her bad manners

Prompt and professional service...about 10 minute wait. Both Alice and Janet were personable and courteous. As always, the front office ladies were a delight.
