This is just an exceptional practice! I have had all of my joints replaced, some several times including a spinal fusion and Alice Fazekas, PA understood completely my concerns about my cervical spine issues. I have had a long battle taking care of my spine. I am in a great place and have been for a while. I see Alice every two couple of months and she keeps me going. I am thankful for everyone at Alliance.
Alice Fazekas, PA-C, is a compassionate physician assistant at Alliance Spine & Pain in Canton and Woodstock, Georgia. Alice is happy to be a part of the team to help patients find the pain relief they deserve.
Alice completed her undergraduate education in athletic training and sports medicine at Keene State College. Following her studies, she went on to pursue her post-graduate program in sports medicine at the California University of Pennsylvania. She then obtained her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Chatham University.
With over 15 years of experience in the field as a physician assistant, Alice has developed skills in a variety of specialties, including autoimmune and musculoskeletal pain disorders. She also participated in clinical research with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Alice is certified by the American Academy of Physician Associates, and she holds professional membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.

Excellent doctor!

The doctor was very friendly and efficient. We discussed my condition and future plans for my treatment. The staff were all very friendly and courteous.
I love her. She always ask if I have any new problems, and listens to me.
I shared with her my frustrations on the consistent pain I have been experiencing for the past couple of years. She Show no compassion and suggested continue to use heat and ice , stretches and magnesium baths! Only suggestion schedule the burning of the nerves and see what happens.
She is knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. She seems to understand my issues.
She shows her concerns bout her patience thanks for all that Alice Fazekas do and the staff from the time checking in to the time I leave thanks for doing such a wonderful job

Every provider I’ve seen at this location has been very thorough and not rushed. This particular person seemed in a rush to get in and out the door and did not look at the notes Id already talked to the nurse about which needed further interventions.
