It had been awhile since I've seen Alicia. She was the first person I told about my pregnancy and I remember taking a test with her so excited together to confirm. It always feels like im visiting a friend when I go in for an appointment. Appreciate her knowledge. She is a gem!
I had my first appointment today. How refreshing it was to have a medical professional that didn’t seem to be in a hurry. I felt heard and came away feeling that Alicia genuinely cared and was very interested in coming up with a plan to keep me healthy and to effectively navigate challenges I faced. I look forward to working with her!
Always nice to stop by and not have to wait in a huge line. Alicia is knowledgeable and caring every time I have to come in. Highly suggest Orcutt Direct staff is amazing.

Alicia listens to my concerns and does not go straight to a script pad. She recommends nutritional guidelines and books to read.
We are so happy with our care here at Orcutt Direct Care. Alicia is always there when you need someone. She spends as much time with you as you need. This is important today as many providers aren’t in your time they are on their schedule. You will not get this here.

Nicole and Alicia were friendly and professional as always. Alicia listened to my concerns and address3ed them. Couldn't ask for more. Maybe gluten free cookies at the front desk.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting and very clean and fresh. Nicolle has a wonderful personality at the front desk and is very efficient. Alecia spent an entire hour with me asking questions and explaining difficult concepts related to my health issues. Together, we came up with some solutions to start with and we did a body scan which I really appreciated overall I’m very pleased with my experience at orchid direct care.
She is simply the best....
I needed a follow up appointment after having to talk to a virtual doctor on Christmas Day. I called Alicia’s office and was given an appointment that same day! As always, Alicia was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and heard.

Always keeps be aligned and in check with mind body and spirit. There are not a lot of wellness professionals who will keep it real with their clients. Alicia always keeps it honest and helps remind each client that their health is a priority.

Alicia is personable and knows her stuff. She answers all my questions and is considerate of my opinions and ideas for optimizing my health. One of my favorite features of Alicia's practice is that she interprets and explains lab tests. One of the best results is that she has really helped to balance my wife's minerals and hormones. My wife says she feels much more like her old self. We have referred several friends and family members.
I appreciate being able to get in so soon and I appreciate being given an alternative to antibiotics first before moving to the antibiotic, only if necessary. I'm new to the practice, I'm still getting used to this kind of accessibility and personalized care. A positive experience!

I use to have a bit of anxiety going to a doctor! Alicia makes me feel very comfortable. Her office is calm, love nicoles smile and so positive when you walk in front door! Alicia is very calm and professional makes me feel at home!
