The atmosphere is warm, inviting and very clean and fresh. Nicolle has a wonderful personality at the front desk and is very efficient. It had been awhile since I've seen Alicia. She was the first person I told about my pregnancy and I remember taking a test with her so excited together to confirm. It always feels like im visiting a friend when I go in for an appointment. Appreciate her knowledge. She is a gem!
I had my first appointment today. How refreshing it was to have a medical professional that didn’t seem to be in a hurry. I felt heard and came away feeling that Alicia genuinely cared and was very interested in coming up with a plan to keep me healthy and to effectively navigate challenges I faced. I needed a follow up appointment after having to talk to a virtual doctor on Christmas Day. I called Alicia’s office and was given an appointment that same day! As always, Alicia was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and heard.
