I appreciate being able to get in so soon and I appreciate being given an alternative to antibiotics first before moving to the antibiotic, only if necessary. I'm new to the practice, I'm still getting used to this kind of accessibility and personalized care. A positive experience!

I use to have a bit of anxiety going to a doctor! Alicia makes me feel very comfortable. Her office is calm, love nicoles smile and so positive when you walk in front door! Alicia is very calm and professional makes me feel at home!

Had an appointment today & I brought up several concerns. Recently had blood drawn and several results were gone over. She covered everything on the report and made several prescription changes. I am a new client to Orcutt Direct Care and the communication has been amazing! Always efficient and ready for her appointments. She gives you plenty of time and answers all your questions. She’s waiting for you. Not the other way around. Nothing like a typical HMO/insurance doctor with crowds of people waiting an hour beyond your appointment time and then to see the doctor for just 3-4 minutes. Then BANG your time is up!
