Dr Molina is an excellent rheumatologist. He’s been my doctor for thirty years. Throughout the years he’s been thorough in evaluating my rheumatoid desease. He’s done on going lab work to determine how elevated my decease is. He’Show mores also been able to determine how my organs are functioning, as RA can affect one’s organs. He’s controlled the iinflammation, pain, and swelling of my joints through the use of different medications and infusions. I, also, find that physical therapy which ,at times, he sends me to has made an impact in strengthening my body. I feel Dr, Molina has helped me in successfully fulfilling my teaching job in that he’s worked toward controlling this horrible debilitating desease. Dr, Molina is a compassionate and kind dr. He listens to your concerns about your health. Which I find very important! I would recommend him to family and friends who might be suffering from RA.
WOW!!! How I love Ms Alison DPN-BC She is sooo personable and so thorough. She has a genuine caring and thoughtful heart. She is a very good listener and will research any concerns or questions right away she may not have an ansShow morewer for. She usually has the answer though I personally do a lot of research to improve my health aside from simply taking the medications prescribed to me so I bring questions and concerns to her at every visit. She is very very knowledgeable but if there is a question she cannot answer immediately, she will research it and get back to me either that same day or the following day Thank YOU Ms Alison! About Dr. Polston
Alison Polston, FNP, DNP is an experienced, board-certified family nurse practitioner at Arthritis Associates in San Antonio, Texas.
Alison graduated with honors from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where she earned a doctorate degree in nursing. She is passionate about rheumatology because it gives her an opportunity to use a holistic approach when caring for her patients.
She understands that autoimmune diseases are more than a collection of physical symptoms. Her focus is to provide emotional, social, and mental health support for people 12 and older and help them achieve a better quality of life.
Dr. Polston maintains her board certification with continuing education sources. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Dr. Polston is originally from Ecuador and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and dogs, traveling, dancing, and reading. Dr. Polston enjoys caring for all of her patients and welcomes them to Arthritis Associates.

It’s always a pleasure to go, Ms. Allison Truly takes the time to listen to you and she treat you like family because when you’re at the arthritis association, you are family.
Ms. Polston is easy to talk to, listens thoroughly, and always answers my questions.
I have enormous respect for Ms.Polston. She has been so helpful with my medical issues. She is proactive with my health and has provided me with good advice when my disease flares up. As a patient to her and Dr. Wickersham, I am thankful that I get such great care from both.

I love Mrs. Polston because she takes her time and listens to the patient. I’ve come in many times crying and she always listens and 95% of the time I end up leaving feeling much better. I’ve also left leaving her in tears so that shows how much she really cares… she doesn’t cry for just anything.
