Alissa Demke, LMSW

Alissa Demke brings a compassionate perspective to her work as a therapist, shaped by her early career in emergency services and experience as a 911 dispatcher. These roles inspired her commitment to supporting individuals through challenging situations and led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Her clinical experience includes work in integrated family medicine, corrections, inpatient psychiatric care, and community mental health. Alissa works with individuals aged 13 and older as well as couples. She helps clients navigate concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. Alissa uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach and evidence-based techniques to support growth, resilience, and lasting change.
