Any patient who is fortunate enough to get her as their doctor should consider themselves blessed because she has definitely been a BLESSING to me. Hello, I’m Allison Patrick, a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. My journey into healthcare has been shaped by a deep commitment to serving others and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in my patients’ lives.
I was raised in Greenville, South Carolina, where I developed an early appreciation for community and the importance of caring for one another. This strong sense of connection continues to guide my approach to medicine. I believe healthcare is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about building relationships and understanding the whole person.
I began my nursing education at Greenville Technical College and the University of South Carolina Upstate, then earned my graduate degree from Walden University. My training prepared me to provide comprehensive primary care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and serve as a trusted partner in my patients’ health journeys.
Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, I gained valuable clinical experience in both an endoscopy lab and a rheumatology practice. These roles strengthened my attention to detail, deepened my understanding of chronic disease management, and reinforced my commitment to patient education and personalized care.
Outside of work, I am a proud mother to a wonderful son and a devoted dog owner. Parenthood has further strengthened my commitment to treating every patient with the same compassion and respect I would want for my own family.

Dr Talley is the BEST! She has a Wonderful Bedside Manner “ she’s thorough with her exams and she cares about her patients entire wellbeing. I love how she does a follow-Up phone call after my Visit AND she does a check in visit about 6 months after the initial appointment. She has always made me feel comfortable during my visits.

Dr. Talley was very professional my 1st time seeing her and she addressed me by my name. And gave me the answer with positive assurance of my problem with my eye. That I do have pink eye. Put in a order for prescription for me to use and clear up my eye to my pharmacy. I really like Dr. Talley

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Buffaloe’s for years, and I can honestly say, he has the BEST team ever! I normally see Allison when I come, but due to her being on maternity leave, I was seen by Dr. Talley. She was amazing! She’s very caring and showed so much concern to my illness. She was also very thorough and ensures that she has given me the proper care by having me return for a follow up within a week. I have recommended this practice to so many people, and often brag on them! If you’re looking for top care, you won’t be disappointed with Dr. Buffaloe and his amazing team!
However at checkout I was told that Dr Talley wanted to see me in 4 months concerning my thyroid. My visit yesterday about a large sore place on my leg. Thyroid was never mentioned. The very nice ladies at the desk was going to check it out and call me. But I haven’t heard from them.
