Allison Sakihara

Allison Sakihara, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry, with a strong passion for mental health care and patient-centered treatment. She believes that effective psychiatric care starts with building trust and truly listening to the individual. Her approach centers on collaboration, empathy, and creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences without fear of judgment.

Allison earned her Bachelors of Science in Public Health from The University of Texas at Austin. She then completed her Masters of Clinical Medical Science at Barry University in St Petersburg, Florida. Her training included hands-on experience in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, and other complex conditions.

Outside of clinical work, Allison enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new coffee shops and enjoying life in sunny San Diego!
