i was glad i had an appointment today since id had a few negative experiences early in the week but after my session my mind is calmed and im actually going to do some journaling with a pot of hot tea thanks to the insight from AlShow moreva she doesn’t pretend it’s going to be easy you still have to put her words in action but her words create opportunities to make you see things differently or take actions you didn’t think of i’m looking forward to continuing our journey
I really enjoy talking with my therapists because I just feel like she understands and keep you focused own how to maintain so you can move forward with the challenges that faces you, her mental health treatment/ counseling is juShow morest awesome. If you have children or need someone to express yourself. Mrs. Pope is well qualified for the job. She treat her clients with respect and confidence of making you understand that the problem can also come from yourself. Thank very much for the session!

My experience has been great. I’ve worked with Ms.Pope for almost a year. We both agree that good progress has been . I have and will continue to tell anyone who ask if I Know of a good therapist I will certainly direct them to a very good therapist Ms. A. Pope!! She’s has the experience and knowledge base that can help the person who wants to move forward in , a positive way to help improve their life and mental health situation.

Ms. Pope is a very very good therapist. I’m one of those people who were taught the need for therapy Carried a stigma and in my culture it wasn’t good. The insight and healing I’m experiencing is because of Ms Pope’s support.
