Alva is amazing she makes you own your truth and see where you need to genuinely focus on your relationship if you truley want it to thrive. She gives you a toolkit and homework to help you refocus your thinking and remind you of Show morewhat brought you together in the first place. Utilizing biblical view points and psychological based points to convey the message of true love in a marriage helps to tremendously bring all aspects of a loving and strong relationship together .

Alva makes me own my stuff my baggage and won’t let me off the hook until i acknowledge it sit with it and respond to it she makes me walk through my feelings no pity parties on her watch but the advice is sensible polite and timely
I will continue to participate in the sessions with Ms Pope. her approach, in our sessions with me appears to be uniquely designed for me , it doesn’t feel like a cookie session. She’s committed to my progress. MS Pope provides for me a unique approach towards my goals. It’s not a cookie cut approach . I love the process and my progress made during our sessions.

Ms Alva Pope is a caring kind woman who cares and love her patients.she respects them as treat them as someone should be treated as a person not as a patient and she really listens and she gives good advice straight from her heart.
I was very pleased with my first visit mrs pope was very professional and very knowledgeable.

I have found my couple of sessions very rewarding. Ms. Pope is focusing on attachment styles with me, which is a new approach for me.
