I called and requested an expedited appointment and they were able to see me that same day. The receptionist who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful and checked on things that I didn’t even think of which made me feel rShow moreeally comfortable. This visit with my first time meeting with Dr. Patel in person and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and proactive. She even set up future appointments for me that I usually forget to set and which previously had caused me to get behind on my medication refills or following up on medical needs. Also, the medical assistant who checked me in was very sweet and told me she hoped I had a great day, which is very rare from busy medical staff. They take the time to listen, which is greatly appreciated and refreshing. The quality of services they provide is very rare. I recommended Farr Medical group to multiple friends and family and they are also very satisfied. I have been a patient for about 10 years and I’m very pleased.
Great practice. I will be honest and say that the COVID protocol is time extremely time consuming. I understand the purpose of keeping our providers, staff and others safe. It is inconvenient to have to drive there, sit in my car Show moreto check-in (10-minute process from the prompt and being on hold). Then wait for the medical assistant to call me back and review my symptoms, then wait for the medical assistant to check in with the provider to check if the provider even wants to see me (based on information provided). 9:10 am arrival time until 9:34 just to find out if I could even go into the building. That being said, everyone has always been extremely professional and caring. Front office staff is welcoming and some even make an effort to learn your name. Had a subpar experience with one provider, but that was probably just my high expectations (since my regular provider is A+ quality). I am quite satisfied with the overall quality, attention, education, and compassion that this practice offers.

Great very atentive
Dr. Campos is very thorough and a very good listener. She encourages feedback from the patient. She is very easy to talk to which to me is so important to be able to get to the heart of the matter.
I think she is very nice but doesn’t understand people with anxiety. SSRIs are hazardous to your health as well. Most new Doctors don’t want to prescribe you alprazolam. My mom is 83 and has been taking alprazolam all her life and she is mentally and physically healthy.
It was very professional and timely.
I truly enjoy Dr Campos. This was my 6 most followup. My blood work was very good, especially my A1c. I improved from 6.7 6 mos ago to 6.3 this visit. I was so happy. Dr Campos is very thourough. I am scheduled to see her again in 3 mos.

What I like about Dr Campos is her attention to her patient. She isn’t on an audible headset to transcribe later. Her team leaves her good notes from their Q&A sessions
Dr. Campos is good but I’ve had trouble with front desk. I was told I could set up my annual checkup for yesterday. When I got there I was told I couldn’t until July. In addition, a few months ago I needed a prescription refilled and my pharmacy contacted the office and they were told that I was not a patient (even though I’ve been with them for many years). This resulted in my having to go to urgent care and see a doctor to write a prescription which ultimately cost me $120 ( for the Dr. visit). Things seem a bit unorganized.
Ms. jinal is very pleasant and answers all your questions. I highly recommend her. Always a great experience at Farr Medical!!
