I was greeted when I first walked in by the front desk ladies; it was just after lunch and many of us were in line. The wait time to check in was acceptable. I must compliment the staff on being very professional with each one Show moreof us. I am a new patient but had my forms filled out and a few previous records to be scanned. My appointment time was 1:15 and at 1:20 I was called to the back. Vitals taken before walking into room 10. More information gathered by MA as to why I was being seen today. Once again, very nice conversation and was told Dr. Carranza was with another patient but my wait would not be long. Her statement was true. Around 7 minutes later Dr. Carranza knocked and came in with a nice handshake. She sat down with me for about 15 minutes going through the records I brought in and then addressed my simple issue. She was so kind and listened. My follow up appointment, after my DEXA scan is in January and the actual date chosen was left up to me! This was a great new patient experience and my friends who referred me as well as KGET radio ad is the reason I selected Farr Medical Group. I am newly retired, just enrolled with Medicare (65 in August of this yr) and need to get established with a medical practice who can see me long term. I must add that my physician retired last year. In the interim 18 months I was going to the The Practice for wellness exams. This beautiful office is very clean and I was very relaxed throughout my visit. I called and requested an expedited appointment and they were able to see me that same day. The receptionist who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful and checked on things that I didn’t even think of which made me feel rShow moreeally comfortable. This visit with my first time meeting with Dr. Patel in person and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and proactive. She even set up future appointments for me that I usually forget to set and which previously had caused me to get behind on my medication refills or following up on medical needs. Also, the medical assistant who checked me in was very sweet and told me she hoped I had a great day, which is very rare from busy medical staff. They take the time to listen, which is greatly appreciated and refreshing. The quality of services they provide is very rare. I recommended Farr Medical group to multiple friends and family and they are also very satisfied. I have been a patient for about 10 years and I’m very pleased.

My appointment was with Jessica. While I’ve seen several providers over the years, all of whom have been caring, conscientious, and knowledgeable; Jessica belongs in her own category. As good as all the others were, Jessica outshines them all. Not only did she answer all my questions and those of my wife who accompanied me (I fell, broke 4 ribs, and punctured a lung and so with the pain killers was pretty much out of it), but she anticipated questions I hadn’t even thought to ask. If I could give her ten stars I would as five seems inadequate.

Unlike the physician from an urgent care who dismissed my concerns and would not order lab work. Jessica listened to me describe my symptoms I experienced. Jessica agreed with my concerns and ordered blood work to determine the root cause for the re occurring ailment. Jessica was genuinely concerned for my health.
Jessica was very thorough with her examination, listening to all what had to say and very professional.
Dr. Campos is very pleasant and has always taken whatever time was needed to discuss any questions or concerns I might have. She is prompt to relay test results.
