Alyssa McCaffrey, LPC, CAS

Alyssa graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Following graduation, she worked as a Crisis Clinician for a community mental health center. She also facilitated a substance abuse group for women before moving back to the Front Range to provide ongoing outpatient therapy. Alyssa specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia as well as treatment for Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma and Substance Use Disorders. She especially enjoys assessment services, including Crisis Intervention, Diagnostic Evaluations, and determination of ongoing treatment recommendations. Outside of providing therapeutic services, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. They love to embark on adventures as a family as well as cooking and enjoying meals together.
